Product Capabilities
We produce a wide range of sweet bakery products. We do not currently manufacture any savoury products, nor specialist pastry items (eg Danish, Croissants). The list below gives an overview of our product capability, which now includes a move into specialist nutrional products for Schools and Institutions, as well as Gluten Free and Halal accredited ranges:
- Lamingtons and Lamington Fingers in a variety of flavours and sizes
- Cup Cakes and Muffins
- Tarts, Fruit Pies and Tart shells
- Round cakes - eg Mud, Carrot, , Banana, Orange & Poppyseed,

- Puddings (Christmas Puddings, Choc etc)
